In order to offer you all these, we established a set of rules that we respectfully ask you to take in account during your stay, but also after your stay is over in our hotel.

Canceling the reservations

In case you want to cancel a reservation, you will have to contact us via email or telephone. For the cancelations done up until 12 PM of the day before the scheduled arrival, there will be no additional tax. Cancelation of the bookings done beyond this deadline or failure to show up for the accommodation without previously announcing, entails a cancelation/no-show tax that represents the equivalent of the first night of accommodation.

In case of group accommodation (for more than 5 rooms), the deadline for the free cancelation can vary according to the number of booked rooms and season. This deadline will be mentioned at the moment of the reservation.


The rates that we can offer vary according to the type of room you opt for, availability, the day of the week and the season. You can find more information about it at the reservations section:

Methods of Payment

As methods of payment we accept cash, credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express), as well as bank transfer.

Arrival and Departure

The check-in can be done starting from 2 PM.
The check-out on the day of departure must be done before 12 PM.
The check-in can be done earlier and check-out can be done later than the above mentioned hours at request, according to availability. The possible costs for these services are available at the reception.
The guests that check-out before 12 PM can leave their luggage in the luggage room for an interval of 24 hours, without additional costs.
For the luggage left in the luggage room for more than 24 hours, storage fees may be charged.


There are no additional costs for children aged below 8 years old that share a room with their parents and use the existing beds. Children aged below 2 years old can benefit from a cot free of charge. For children aged above 8 years old, the hotel can provide an extra bed according to availability and for a surcharge.

Additional Guests

You can receive additional guests in your room at Hotel Christina between 8 AM and 9 PM, without additional costs. In case of guests received between 9 PM and 8 AM, they will have to pay the rate difference for the second person and to register at the front desk.


Pets are not allowed at Hotel Christina.

Restaurant and Bar

The breakfast is served daily between 7 AM and 11 AM and it is free for all of the hotel’s guests. The visitors that are not accommodated in the hotel can have breakfast for the surcharge of 25 lei, VAT included. Lunch and /or dinner can be served anytime in the hotel’s restaurant between 12 PM and 11 PM. Room service is available upon request. The bar is open non-stop.

Tips and Cost of Services

Tipping the hotel’s staff is up to our guests. The hotel will never solicit additional costs for the provided services.


Because we promote an eco-friendly attitude, smoking is not allowed in the rooms of Hotel Christina. For our smoker guests we arranged a special area, situated at the first level (the restaurant area), available non-stop.

Parking Space

The parking can be done on the street in front of the hotel, without any additional cost and it is subject to availability. Even though we take all measures of precaution, we are not responsible in case of theft or damage outside the hotel property area.

The Safety of Personal Belongings

Hotel Christina is equipped with homologated electronic monitoring devices for the room access and the opening of the safes. Every room is equipped with a laptop-size safe. We recommend the use of the safes for depositing valuable belongings. We do not take any responsibility for forgotten, lost, stolen or presumably stolen objects in the hotel, restaurant or bar.

Access Ways Safety and Transportation

Existing access ways and ways of transport in Hotel Christina respect the present legislation. The hotel does not take any responsibility for the event of physical or material damage caused by guests during use of access ways and ways of transport.

Special Assistance

Our wish is to offer the best conditions for disabled persons. The great majority of spaces in the hotel are accessible for people in wheelchairs. If you need special assistance of any kind, please let us know in advance in order to offer you the best possible stay.

Confidentiality of Information

If you contact us by email, fax or through this website, we are entitled to contact you in the future in order to send you material and promotional offers, or in order to inform you about the events that we will organize. We will never use your name or information without having your prior approval. You will have the possibility to let us know if you wish to receive this kind of information in the future.

Environment Protection Policy

Environment protection is a constant preoccupation for us, this is why we promote an eco-friendly attitude.

The detergents used for cleaning and sterilizing the bed linens and towels are biodegradable and their saving means a better conservation of the environment. This is why, for the reservations that exceed three nights, we will change the bed linens and towels once every three days or upon your request. In order to signal your wish to change them, please drop them on the floor.

Loyalty Programs

We reserve the right to offer different bonuses and additional services without payment with the purpose of increasing our clients’ loyalty.

Code of Conduct

The hotel staff will always greet their guests with courtesy and will make everything possible in order to fulfill any request coming from them. In case any guests or visitors of the hotel by means of aspect, behavior or state of being will create unpleasant incidents, disturbing the other guests and thus affecting the hotel’s image, they will be invited to leave the hotel. On this line, Hotel Christina reserves its right to select its guests.

Disputes and Complaints

We reserve our right to debit de credit/debit card of our guests, independent from their will, in the next cases: when the guest leaves without paying his bill; when there is proof beyond doubt that the guest caused damage in the hotel; when the guests leave the hotel with objects that do not belong to them and that they did not pay for at the front desk; when the guests did not cancel their reservation in due time according to the hotel’s cancelation policies. We will try to resolve amiably any controversy, dispute or complaint which may occur as a result of applying our hotel’s policies. In case this is not possible, the dispute will enter into the jurisdiction of the Bucharest Court.

Final Terms

We consider that our guests, at the time of checking-in or when requesting any service from Hotel Christina, they took notice and accepted the above mentioned terms and conditions.

Changes to the Hotel’s Terms and Conditions

The hotel’s terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice. The possible changes will be brought to the guests’ attention at the moment of their enforcement.
