Zilnic pute?i savura la restaurantul hotelului un mic dejun bogat si gustos tip buffet intr-o ambian?a elegant? ?i linistita cu bun?t??i proaspete si atent alese, servite în lini?te ?i confort – primul pas catre o zi perfecta. Sortimentele culinare de o calitate des?vâr?it? includ nenum?rate specialit??i deosebite.Personalul nostru amabil ?i atent v? st? la dispozi?ie pe tot parcursul dimine?ii, începând de la ora 07:00 ?i pân? la 11.00 (12.00 la sfâr?it de s?pt?mân? ?i în zilele de s?rb?toare), cu specialit??i de cafea, ceai, sucuri naturale si patiserie calda.
Pentru musafirii care pleaca inainte de ora 07:00 organizam la cerere mic dejun si sandvisuri la pachet. Micul dejun poate fi servit si in camera.

"Fusion inseamna sa te joci cu o multitudine de arome, pana gasesti o aroma noua, fabuloasa", spune Vedish Purdassee, bucatarul nostru din exotica insula Mauritus. Motiv pentru care, in bucataria Christina, vei gasi ingrediente si retete italienesti, frantuzesti, romanesti, chinezesti, tailandeze, indiene, libaneze, pakistaneze, vietnameze, care se combina intr-un mix fara alta regula decat cea a unui gust incredibil, a unui gust care nu se simte de la prima imbucatura, ci se dezvolta, se amplifica si se diversifica. "Oamenii ajung sa cunoasca alte culturi, alte traditii si religii doar prin simplul gest de a se aseza impreuna la masa" - este parerea lui Vedish (in a carui familie sunt indieni, africani si creoli). Gatind de la varsta de 14 ani, din pasiune, Vedish a facut parte din echipele celor mai renumite locatii din Mauritius (printre care La Maree, restaurantul hotelului Maritim, desemnat cel mai bun restaurant in 2002-2003), precum si din echipa Princess Cruise Lines.

About the restaurant
Intr-un spatiu telescopic pe doua niveluri, Christina gazduieste restaurantul, zona de business meetings, expozitii de arta, evenimente culturale si petreceri. Lipsa delimitarilor clare face ca acest spatiu sa poata fi usor adaptat oricarei cerinte.
Mai mult, Christina iti propune o alternativa a pranzului sau a cinei in oras: o experienta culinara worldwide, o combinatie extraordinara de gusturi si arome din toata lumea, intregita de vinuri bune si whisky-uri vechi.
Meniul restaurantului Christina cuprinde salate, mancaruri pescaresti, carne, peste si fructe de mare la gratar, paste, supe si mancaruri gatite. Fiecare din cele 57 de preparate are cate o poveste care se intinde pe macar doua tari, daca nu continente. Gasesti, de exemplu, mancaruri gatite "in trei traditii", cum ar fi carnea de miel preparata in maniera indiana, frantuzeasca si japoneza (care merge de minune cu un cabernet sauvignon). Sau o reteta frantuzeasca (supa de scoici bouillabaise) asezonata cu ingrediente indiene, tailandeze, creole si din Mauritius. Vei regasi chiar si mamaliga, asezonata cu piept de rata tras la tigaie in sos de vin rosu si cu ciuperci de padure. Ca "touch" exotic, poti gusta creveti in trei traditii (indiana, chinezeasca si japoneza) - care merge perfect cu un martini dry - sau frigarui St - Jack cu lemongrass la gratar, alaturi de un sauvignon blanc.
