Amabilitatea staffului, camera a fost excelenta, mi-au placut dotarile, designul, calitatea cosmeticelor, mancarea foarte gustoasa, un hotel excelent, cu siguranta ma voi intoarce.

Va trebui gasita o solutie pentru parcare, lipsa unui loc de parcare da batai de cap turistilor care veniti cu masina.

Totul denota bun gust si simt artistic. Camera in care am stat este confortabila, luminoasa si dotata corespunzator. Nu lipseste nimic. In plus fata de alte hoteluri de 4 stele, in camera ai cafea si ceai la discretie, halate de baie, papuci, cosmetice de calitate, TV de dimensiuni mari. Micul dejun este variat si servit intr-o atmosfera placuta si cu personal foarte amabil. Am ales hotelul prin Booking.com si consider ca nota acordata de turisti este perfect indreptatita. Felicitari.

Am discutat deja cu personalul hotelului micile retusuri pe care le sugerez si se pare ca sunt deja in curs de remediere (la paturile duble saltelele sa fie fixate pt a impiedica alunecarea lor, un prag la usa de la intrarea in camera).

Hotelul este amenjat cu bun gust, multe dintre detaliile design-ului sunt surprinzatoare si placute. Patul electric mi s-a parut formidabil. Un hotel in care m-as intoarce, fara indoiala!

Un amanunt pe care l-am remarcat a fost ca mirosea a mancare in camera si pe hol. Hotelul este micut si, probabil, sistemul de ventilatie nu prea eficient, motiv pentru care simteati imediat daca bucatarul avea treaba sau nu.

Mi-a facut o desebita placere sa fiu ospetele vostru! Hotelul este remarcabil, modern primitor si linistit. Personalul este deosebit am fost tarat asa cum se cuvine. Restaurantul hotelului este o "minune" bucataria fusion este fascinanta, iar mancarea delicioasa. Felicitari! sunteti adevarati profesionisti! M-am simtit perfect la voi! Mult succes si pe viitor!

We first noticed the cleanliness and functionality of the hotel because we had just been in one in the countryside that was not very clean or functional. Secondly, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Thirdly, the food was excellent. And fourthly, we loved the fun and classy design.

Staff are friendly, helpful and speak English reasonably well. Room is spacious enough, clea and comfortable with an opening window and an air conditioner. It's between Piata Romana and Piata Victoriei, although it's in a little street, convinient to walk around the city or catch a metro.

Very nice hotel. The staff friendly and cooperative. Rooms are super clean and good beds. Breakfast is as I like it, not to much choise but fresh, coffee and eggs on command as you want them. Only 1 word : super.

excellent staff, genuine smiles, alwyas ready to help; room was amazing, very comfortable, big, and with details showing a special care for the client - like the coffe maker in the room, the electric beds..the back of the hotel, where our window was, is it very quiet and beautifully surrounded by trees

we absolutely loved everything; if it was something that we would have liked it improved, it is a net against insecta at the window, or any other mean to keep mosquitos away; it is pity to keep the window closed and not to enjoy the green area

I travel widely and this hotel was a real delight! I was puzzled by the great reviews that this hotel had attracted on booking.com and so decided to give it a try. It was a good decision! I found the room very comfortable and every single member of staff went out of their way to welcome me warmly and demonstrate the true professionalism that one would usually expect only in 5*chains. A particular surprise was the restaurant---although the designer decor may not inspire everybody, the food itself was stunning, excellently presented and served to an impeccable standard. The chef deserves a big congratulation as do the reception staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. All in all a remarkable find. I was really pleased with this hotel.

The room was wonderful, bright and clean with electric everything (well, bed and curtains at least). A taxi from the hotel to the airport cost 15 lei (about £3) and from the hotel to the centre of town cost about 8 lei (less than £2). It's situated in a quiet area of Bucharest and I'll be staying there the next time I visit too. Great value for money.

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel room was immaculate and the breakfast, fresh and varied. The staff tried very hard to make our stay memorable and could not do enough for us. Exceptional!!! I will definitely stay again.

I liked the staff, very friendly and welcoming. They took account of all my preferences regarding the type of room I desired and its location within the hotel. The location of the hotel is good, in the centre, but not on a main street, therefore the area is calm and peaceful. Free internet is available, rooms are big enough and they are very nicely coloured and decorated. Good choice of food at breakfast. All in all, I really recommend this hotel.

The double bed was not actually double, but it was made of two small beds joined together and unfortunately they were moving away from one another during the night and that made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

The service was excellent at the reception as well as at the breakfast. The room was very clean. The breakfast was better than expected offered with tasty coffee/cappuccino.

It is not recommended for handicapped people - too many steps to the lift and steep slope. The coffee maker in the room was noisy and the coffee was not tasty.
